Our Story

Named for a
lake house.

Spokane is the name of a small community on the banks of Lake St. John — an oxbow lake in Concordia Parish, Louisiana. An oxbow forms when a river carves a long winding path, cuts itself off, and becomes something entirely its own. Shaped by where it came from. Standing on its own.

Three generations of family spent summers on that lake. The word Spokane comes from the Salish language and means Children of the Sun. For a brand rooted in Louisiana heat and fire — there was no better name.

We make hot sauce the way it should be made. Louisiana cayenne. Cane vinegar. Real garlic. Small batches. A clean label with nothing to hide.
